The Pot Mamas Social Club is a small business showcasing local artists and vendors in unique curated local events! The Art & Flower Faires are hosted at the Historic Lompoc Theatre Parking Lot located on the corner of H Street & Ocean Ave in Lompoc, CA.

We do our best to include as many artists and small businesses as possible, however, our events are limited in size. We are an inclusive woman-owned business that believes love is love and women's rights are human rights.

Vendor FAQs

What are the requirements to be a vendor at a Pot Mamas event?

  • Vendors must be local to the central coast - the Pot Mamas believe in supporting our local community.

  • Vendors must sell or curate original, handmade, vintage, or repurposed items.

How will I know I have been approved and how do I pay?

  • If we approve you as a vendor you will receive an email from us with payment details (we accept Venmo & Paypal) . If you have not been approved you will receive an explanation email from us.

Where is my vendor fee going?

  • The vendor fees include event setup and licensing, social media marketing, administrative, entertainment services, venue rental, and cleanup fees.

  • A percentage of fees are donated to the Lompoc Theatre project to help in their efforts to restore the theatre!

  • The Pot Mamas filter all remaining funds into future community events!

What happens in the event of a cancellation?

  •  Pot Mamas will try and announce any changes to the market date due to inclement weather. We offer credit due to weather cancellations but not for vendor initiated cancellations.

Terms & Conditions

*By filling out this form, applicant is fully committed to the event and is available for the market .

*The vendor fees include event setup and licensing, social media marketing, administrative, entertainment services, venue rental, and cleanup fees.

*All vendors should have all applicable permits and licenses that are required in connection with the sale of their products.

*Vendors agree to pay their non-refundable fee on time and in full.

* Vendors' goods must be handmade, vintage, reworked, or curated.     We support local artisans and do not approve MLM Resellers. 

* Vendors are responsible for providing all display items required to sell their products on the day of the event. The Lompoc wind is a factor in all outdoor events, and vendors agree to follow our canopy safety guideline and provide the proper amounts of weights for canopies, umbrellas and displays. Vendors who do not follow guidelines might be asked to leave and will not be asked to return to any upcoming events. 

*Vendors must arrive on time and remain set up for the entirety of the listed event timeframe.  Vendors who pack up early without prior consent, will not be asked to return to any upcoming events.

*Vendors agree to keep their space clean. Please leave it better than you found it. 

*Vendors are responsible for advertising and marketing to their client base to increase the success of this event.

*Vendors are responsible for holding all necessary business licensing and food permits.

*Vendors may not sell any weapons or controlled substances.

*Vendor understands that if they are a minor (under 18), they must be accompanied by an adult at the event.

*The Pot Mamas are not liable for any damages or losses to merchandise, personal injury, or theft.
